Guernsey College of F.E Performing Arts presents The Happiest Days of your Life

16th June

The Guernsey College of F.E Performing Arts are excited to announce their brilliant students' end of year show - The Happiest Days of Your Life by John Dighton.

Written and set after World War II, this delightful farce is about what happens when a boys’ school receives the news that they are to billet another school which is all female. Events are complicated by the sudden arrival of the parents. Each headmaster/mistress works to conceal the fact that their school is now co-ed. As their lies unravel, they must all join together to prevent the invasion of a third school on their premises.

Written by John Dighton (Roman Holiday & The Man in the White Suit) in 1947, this battle of the sexes has hilarity, romance, mystery (who is the tool-bag treacler?) and a pair of very jaded caretakers. All the ingredients you need for a rip roaring farce!
