Arts Sunday 2024

9th Jun

Get ready for the 14th annual Arts Sunday which will be returning this year on the 9 June!

Guernsey Arts invites the community to join in our public celebration of arts and culture which will bring together visual art, music, dance, poetry, and much, much more. 2024’s theme celebrates our amazing island culture and heritage, incorporating local imagery, creative performances, and promotion of one of Guernsey’s official languages, Guernésiais. Arts Sunday is hosted by Guernsey Arts and is supported this year by funding from the Tourism Management Board.

With over 100 stalls taking part in the day, the Arts Market between Crown and Albert Pier hosts a fantastic mix of stalls, workshops and demonstrations from established and up and coming artisans. It’s a great chance to buy something new, support local creatives or to have a chat about arts and crafts on the Island!

Arts Sunday also celebrates the creativity and success of the Island’s non-profit and charitable organisations, including the Vale Earth Fair who will be showcasing DJs throughout the day while selling records; The Youth Commission promoting positive messages through art; Guernsey Art Network with their plethora of artists work and demonstrations; to mention just a few stalls to explore.
