The Mariposa String Quartet comprises of professionally qualified local musicians. The ethos of the quartet is to provide versatile, professional quality music for recitals, events and functions. The players draw from combined experience performing chamber music recitals, outreach workshops, and session and improvisation work.
Originally formed in Guernsey, the quartet has also performed in London and Jersey. Mariposa can provide an extensive variety of repertoire to suit any occasion. Join them at Candie this September!
