Hand-building has never looked so Spring-like! Our Easter animal clay workshop is suitable for all ages and is the perfect Easter Holiday activity. If your kids love animals, playing with clay or both – this is the workshop for you. Lambs, bunnies, chicks – the limit is their imagination! Plus, they can choose to add glaze or acrylic paint to their pinch pots, depending on what they fancy.
If you choose to paint in acrylic it will be ready to take home the same day. As they’re painted in acrylic, we do recommend that they stay indoors as they will not be weather proof.
If you would like to paint them in glaze which will then be fired in the kiln, please note that collection will be approximately 4-6 weeks due to the drying and firing process. This will allow them to be suitable for indoors and outdoors.
During the session they will have up to 1 1/2 hours to create and decorate their springtime easter animals. Children under 7 years will need adult supervision and due to limited space we kindly ask that only one adult accompanies each child.
Please note that we require a minimum of 8 students to be able to run this class, but sadly will have to cancel if we don’t have sufficient interest.
