Grace Athena
Guernsey singer/songwriter Grace is back with a fresh batch of original songs and a diverse range of covers from Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison to Erykah Badu and Francoise Hardy. Something old, something new, some songs you might have heard before and some you won't.
Alfie Weedon
Brighton-based double bassist Alfie Weedon trained Classically then broadened in to the rest of the music world, studying with Cuban Double Bassist Michelle Salazar and living with Seckou Keita in Senegal. Since then he has performed internationally with artists including Michael Baker, Fred Hills Trio and AK Patterson. His cross genre training and poignant lyrics bring a refreshing, skilful and captivating mood to his audiences as he takes them on a journey with a warm and honest sincerity.
Rumpus
This brand‑new gypsy jazz trio—Sam Claxton on violin, Sam McKerrell on guitar, and Pip Orchard on double bass—delivers old‑world charm and classic Django‑inspired swing. Expect an intimate, upbeat sound that gets toes tapping.
