Raven Dubois

Raven Dubois grew up blissfully free from the distractions of social media and has lived in her imagination ever since. An island girl, she is blessed with an irrepressible zest for life.

Having spent the best part of her career working in the finance industry, she now works part time for a Guernsey charity, which allows her to focus more time on writing.

Her debut novel, a psychological thriller, was initially published in ebook format during September 2025, with paperback and hardcover editions available from April 2026 at Writer's Block, 3 Commercial Arcade, St Peter Port, along with multiple online retailers.

No. 28 follows the unravelling lives of five women who are tenants of a former Victorian family home, which has been converted into apartments. An eminent psychiatrist is coaxed out of retirement to deal with what may be the most challenging case of his career. His client is the owner of No. 28 and, when she assumes control of their sessions, he begins to question his own view of reality. In true thriller fashion, the women are linked by a secret of which they are unaware. Those who cross paths with the residents of No. 28 find themselves drawn into a growing maelstrom of deception and chaos. And when the storm breaks, lives
will be claimed.

Fascinated by the infinite quirks of human nature, Raven drew from this reservoir of inspiration when breathing fire into the souls of the touchingly flawed characters of No. 28.

The book has received some excellent reviews so far, on NetGalley, Goodreads, and
Amazon. It also made an appearance on the publisher’s stand at the 2026 London Book Fair, Olympia, which hosts industry professionals from around the world.
