Book Week: Creative Writing Workshop with Ele Fountain

Join us at the Library for a special workshop! Author Ele Fountain will be visiting schools for Book Week 2025 and will be heading over to the Library on Monday 20 October for a fun creative writing workshop.

Ele is best known for her award-winning novel Boy 87, as well as numerous popular books for children including Fake and Storm Child. In this workshop, unlock your most brilliant ideas using top-secret author techniques, then plan your very own novel with help from Ele!

Most suitable for children aged 11-14.

Monday 20 October 16:00-17:00 in the Linwood Pitts Room on the third floor of the Library. Limited space available so booking is essential, book your free place above!
