In this workshop, bestselling author Duncan Barrett guides participants through how to mine your memories and craft a page-turning memoir, drawing on his own work telling real-life stories in books such as The Sugar Girls, Hitler’s British Isles and Blitz Kids. Topics covered include authorial voice, plotting and structure, dialogue, artistic licence and more. If you have a true story to tell, this event is not to be missed!
