FLORAL DEMONSTRATION BY TRUDIE EASTON: NATURE’S PHARMACY

This floral demonstration by leading NAFAS floral demonstrator, Trudie Easton is presented by The Floral Guernsey Foundation. Trudie’s demonstration will be
based on her design for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2021 where she won gold and Best in Show, which was inspired by healing plants and flowers.

Trudie has worked as a freelance florist in the south east of England for 8 years and is partner of Kent florists, Thistle and Sprout. She previously worked as a Set Designer in Film and TV.

Her work is influenced by the seasons and the rural landscapes around her home. She won the gold medal and Best in Show at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021 for her design conveying the importance of plants to cure ailments in the past, present and future.

Locally and sustainably sourced materials were incorporated including a DNA inspired tree trunk.
