Theo, a sensitive aspiring chef, struggles to maintain his sanity after his loss at the Culinary Arts Competition leads him down a dark path. Dare to Dream is the second locally-made short film from White Rock Productions, the creators of Occupied. This film, which was shot entirely on Guernsey, stars Jonny Labey (EastEnders) as Theo and has a local cast and crew.
