The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

25th Sep - 28th Sep
7:30pm

This gripping play has thrilled over five million people around the world, receiving seven Olivier Awards and five Tony Awards, including best play. MTG will be bringing this beloved phenomenon to the Guernsey stage from the 25th - 28th September.

Based on Mark Haddon's worldwide, best-selling novel, the story follows Christopher, a fifteen-year-old boy, who discovers his neighbours' dead dog. The dog isn't just dead though. It has been speared with a garden fork at precisely seven minutes past midnight. Although held under suspicion, Christopher is unable to tell lies and knows it wasn't him. He makes it his personal mission to solve the case!

Though Christopher struggles with his relationships in everyday life, he has an extraordinary brain that is exceptional at maths. Forbidden by his father to discover the real killer, Christopher must embark on this frightening detective work independently, despite never having been to the end of his road alone.
