Guernsey Symphonic Winds

Guernsey Symphonic Winds (GSW) began in 2006 and is open to adult players of grade 6 and above standard. The band plays numerous concerts during the year and welcomes wind and brass players both old and new.

GSW is a community concert windband and performs music ranging from military band and windband specific compositions through to classical arrangements, jazzy numbers, film music and easy listening. On occasions, the band transforms into a big band, heavy on the swing.
